The Opportunity

We are seeking an IT Asset Coordinator to join our Firm. This position will be based in our White Plains office (hybrid). The IT Asset Coordinator is responsible for supporting the technology asset lifecycle as well as financial and vendor processes for the IT department Firmwide.

  • Responsible for administration of the Firm Provided Technology Program.
  • Day-to-day responsibility for technology purchases for U.S. offices.
  • Day-to-day responsibility for administration and monitoring of shared drives.
  • Assists in maintaining technology inventory systems.
  • Monitors inventory systems to identify noncompliant hardware and software.
  • Knowledge of quoting, ordering and billing processes including tax considerations.
  • Demonstrates effective interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills to facilitate effective work relationships with others.
  • Manages Firm resources responsibly.
  • Complies with and understands Firm operation, policies and procedures.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of relevant firm computer software programs (e.g., Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with enterprise technology hardware, networking, and software
  • Demonstrates effective interpersonal and communication skills, both verbally and in writing
  • Demonstrates close attention to detail
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, organizational, and planning skills
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and shifting priorities

The starting base salary for this position is expected to be within the range listed under Salary Details. Actual salary will be determined based on skills, experience (to the extent relevant) and other-job related factors, consistent with applicable law.
