Position Summary

InVue is seeking a high-performing Enterprise Sales Executive, Retail Technology Solutions to drive new business growth across a defined territory within the U.S. This role is designed for a consultative enterprise sales professional with a passion for opening new accounts, building executive relationships, and closing complex technology solutions.

You will introduce enterprise retailers to InVue's integrated portfolio of hardware, software, and IoT-enabled solutions that enhance store security, improve operational efficiency, and deliver measurable business value. Success in this role requires a strategic hunter mindset, strong executive presence, and the ability to navigate complex enterprise sales cycles.

Using InVue's Challenger Sales methodology, you'll engage customers through insight-driven conversations that uncover business challenges, influence buying decisions, and position InVue as a trusted technology partner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive new enterprise business development within an assigned geographic territory.
  • Identify, prospect, and win new enterprise customers through strategic account planning and targeted outreach.
  • Build relationships with executive decision-makers across Loss Prevention, Asset Protection, IT, Store Operations, Facilities, Store Design, and Procurement.
  • Sell consultative technology solutions by aligning InVue's hardware, software, and connected technologies to customer business objectives.
  • Develop territory growth strategies focused on new logo acquisition, pipeline development, and long-term account expansion.
  • Lead complex sales opportunities from initial engagement through contract negotiation and close.
  • Deliver executive presentations, business cases, and ROI analyses to senior leadership and C-level executives.
  • Partner closely with Product Management, Marketing, Engineering, Customer Success, and Operations to develop customized enterprise solutions.
  • Represent customer feedback to influence product strategy and future solution development.
  • Consistently exceed sales objectives while maintaining accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM activity.
Qualifications
  • 5–7+ years of successful enterprise B2B sales experience with a consistent track record of exceeding quota.
  • Proven success acquiring new enterprise customers and growing strategic territories.
  • Experience selling integrated technology solutions that combine hardware, software, SaaS, IoT, networking, physical security, retail technology, or related enterprise solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles involving executive decision makers.
  • Experience selling into enterprise retail organizations is strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with Challenger Sale or other consultative, value-based sales methodologies.
  • Strong executive communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven history of closing large, complex enterprise opportunities.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%.
