Essential Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional project teams including ATC personnel, contractors, consultants, and supplemental resources.

  • Deliver projects safely, on time, on budget, and in compliance with environmental, regulatory, and internal requirements.

  • Develop and manage detailed project schedules, milestones, and execution strategies.

  • Partner with internal teams to develop andmaintainaccurateproject cost estimates and forecasts.

  • Monitor budgets, cash flow, cost variances, and project risk and contingency.

  • Oversee engineering, design, and construction activities performed by third-party vendors.

  • Facilitate regular project status meetings, resolve issues, and approve invoices.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, ora relateddiscipline,or equivalent experience.

  • 6+ years of progressively responsible experience managing large-scale infrastructure or construction projects.

  • Preference for candidates with 3+ years of transmission construction or project management experience.

  • Proven leadership in technical and construction environments.

  • Strong vendor and contractor oversight capabilities.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt to technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

  • Strong problem-solving, conflict-resolution, and decision-making skills.

  • Strategic thinker who can act tactically to deliver results.

The targeted base pay for this position is $119,500 to $139,400 annually.* Base pay is one component of our comprehensive total rewards package which includes an annual incentive bonus, employer-sponsored pension plan, 401(k) match, HSA contribution, life & disability insurance, health care benefits, generous time off plans, flexible work arrangements, and much more.

*The pay range is a general guideline. Employment offers are evaluated individually and consider qualifications, experience, academic achievements, internal equity, and business needs.
