Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand each client's unique situation and develop effective, individualized treatment plans.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to address trauma, anxiety, and depression.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records while ensuring compliance with confidentiality regulations to protect client information.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including educators, psychologists, and other support staff, to optimize each client’s treatment journey.
• Engage in continuous professional development by staying informed about the latest research and advancements in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on children and adolescents within the school system, who are facing various challenges related to mental health. Many of our clients have experienced trauma and require specialized support to develop coping strategies and mental resilience. You will provide a safe space for these individuals, helping them to navigate their emotions and develop skills for lifelong well-being.

Qualifications

• A master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Active Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMSW) certification in the state of Nevada.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, allowing for effective relationship-building with clients and team members.
• An aptitude for collaboration and consensus-building within a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Experience

In addition to the required qualifications, we prefer candidates who have at least two years of experience providing clinical services, specifically in school settings or with pediatric populations. Experience in trauma-informed care practices and familiarity with culturally responsive therapeutic techniques will be seen as significant assets.

Compensation and Benefits
