• Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions via video chat to address and improve clients' mental health needs, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism.
• Guide clients through discussions about their emotions and life experiences to foster self-awareness and insight into their relationships.
• Serve as an advocate for clients by assisting them in identifying personal goals and developing actionable strategies for achieving them.
• Assess clients’ mental health status and collaboratively develop tailored treatment plans using a solution-focused approach drawn from your expertise and clinical knowledge.
• Utilize our integrated therapy platform to effectively communicate and document client progress and treatment plans.
• Regularly participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities to enhance counseling skills and stay updated on best practices in telehealth.

Your clientele will comprise carefully screened, stable adults exhibiting low acuity mental health concerns. Each client is selected based on a thorough evaluation to ensure they are well-suited for your therapeutic approach and areas of specialization. We prioritize matching you with clients who align with your professional interests and demographic preferences, ensuring a more rewarding counseling experience.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is mandatory.
• Full licensure from the state board, ensuring the ability to practice independently without supervision, specifically as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT.
• Strong interpersonal and empathetic communication skills to connect effectively with clients.
• Proficiency in technology and digital communication tools to maintain effective telehealth services.

We desire candidates with at least two years of direct counseling experience, particularly in a telehealth setting. Familiarity with solution-focused approaches and experience working with diverse patient populations are also valuable assets in this dynamic role.

The annual salary for this role ranges from USD 90,000 to 104,000, depending on weekly working hours and client load. In addition to a competitive salary, our mental health counselors receive:
