  • Strong understanding of ethical guidelines and legal regulations governing counseling practices.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build rapport with clients and engage effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Proficiency in using electronic medical record (EMR) systems and relevant software to maintain clinical documentation and manage client information efficiently.
Preferred Experience
  • Specialization in trauma-informed care, substance abuse, family therapy, or couples counseling.
  • Experience in adapting therapy techniques to meet the needs of clients facing situational stressors related to lifestyle changes or socio-economic challenges.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000, based on your caseload and level of experience.
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance plans to support your well-being.
  • Malpractice insurance coverage to ensure peace of mind while you focus on client care.
  • Unlimited client referrals, providing you with a steady stream of potential clients.
  • Administrative support with billing and paperwork, allowing you more time to focus on providing exceptional therapy.
