Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to understand their mental health needs, history, and goals.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based modalities tailored to each client's situation.
• Maintain ongoing therapeutic relationships through regular individual counseling sessions, monitoring progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Offer innovative teletherapy options to maximize accessibility for clients, ensuring they have the necessary resources to receive care.
• Document all client interactions and treatment progress accurately, complying with all ethical and legal standards.
• Engage in professional development opportunities, such as workshops and seminars, to stay current with the latest mental health practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

At Montage Health Care Inc., you will be working with a wide range of clients, including individuals facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications

• Current and valid state license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A minimum of a master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an emphasis on establishing rapport and trust with clients.
• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude towards clients from all walks of life.
• Organizational and time-management skills that facilitate high-quality care in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with diverse populations and various mental health disorders.
• Proficiency in using telehealth platforms for remote therapy sessions.
• Previous involvement in community-based mental health services or group therapy sessions.
