Work Environment

This role is primarily conducted in a remote setting, allowing for flexibility while ensuring our team members can focus on providing essential services to clients from the comfort of their home offices. Occasional evening and weekend hours may be required to address client needs effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients’ multifaceted social, emotional, and environmental challenges, developing personalized service plans to promote improved outcomes.
• Engage in family and individual therapy sessions, providing therapeutic interventions, crisis intervention, and case management necessary to facilitate positive changes.
• Utilize collaborative techniques to partner with clients in establishing goals, interventions, and tracking progress while addressing issues tailored to their unique circumstances.
• Provide crisis intervention services, including risk assessments and safety planning to help clients navigate acute situations effectively.
• Develop relationships with community organizations to coordinate services, ensuring comprehensive support for clients and advocating on their behalf.
• Participate in community outreach initiatives aimed at promoting awareness of our services and fostering engagement with potential clients.
• Engage in continuous professional development through trainings, workshops, and staff meetings to enhance service delivery and share best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work as an LCSW will focus on diverse populations facing significant social challenges. Clients may come from varying socioeconomic backgrounds and may present issues such as trauma, mental illness, substance abuse, or family dysfunction. Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is essential for this role.

Compensation and Benefits
