Key Responsibilities

• Conduct compassionate and ethical mental health counseling sessions with clients via video conferencing platforms.
• Employ solution-focused treatment modalities to guide clients through their counseling journeys effectively.
• Develop, implement, and regularly update personalized treatment plans that address the specific needs and objectives of clients.
• Assist clients in gaining insights into their thoughts, feelings, and relationships to foster self-awareness and growth.
• Monitor clients' progress throughout their treatment and help them build healthy coping mechanisms.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will provide services primarily to stable, low-acuity adults grappling with a range of mental health concerns. Your compassionate approach will assist clients in developing crucial skills to enhance their quality of life. Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Possession of one of the following independent, full licenses: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• No limited or provisional licenses or prior disciplinary actions.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a natural empathy towards clients.
• Strong computer literacy to efficiently navigate digital communication and client management systems.

Preferred Experience

• Experience providing teletherapy or remote counseling services is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with solution-focused and other evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
