Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, employing recognized diagnostic tools.
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based methods, adjusting interventions as necessary to meet the evolving needs of each client.
• Provide various forms of counseling—including individual, couples, and group therapy—to a diverse client population, utilizing appropriate therapeutic modalities.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure a holistic approach to client care, contributing to case discussions and treatment planning.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring the protection of client information.
• Participate in ongoing clinical supervision, case conferences, and relevant professional development initiatives to enhance your clinical skills and knowledge.

Qualifications

• Possess a valid license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in New York State.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
