The salary range for this role is $140K - $175K/Year
We are looking for a Civil Litigation Attorney with 4-10 years of experience to join California's leading consumer auto fraud law firm. This is a unique opportunity for a litigator who values work-life balance and wants to prosecute meaningful cases without sacrificing their personal life
What will you be doing?
Handling civil litigation cases from complaint through trial in California Superior Courts and arbitration (JAMS, AAA)
Driving discovery and law & motion work as the plaintiff-side "gas pedal" - making things happen and pushing cases forward
Managing a caseload with a 150 billable hours/month target (virtually all your time is billable - no intake or pre-litigation tasks)
Preparing cases for trial, including depositions, subpoenas, and settlement negotiations with car dealers
Collaborating closely with a robust support staff in a team-oriented, assembly-line workflow
Key Requirements
Active California State Bar license (required, no exceptions)
4-10 years of civil litigation experience, ideally plaintiff-side, with strong law & motion and discovery skills
Stable employment history - no short stints (8 months or less); must have seen cases through at a firm
No solo practitioners - must be comfortable working within a structured team system and following firm processes
Must have attended a law school ranked at or above USD (~rank 70) or be in the top tier of a comparable school
