• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to gauge patients' psychological states, crafting tailored treatment plans based on their specific needs.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, incorporating modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic approaches.
• Lead individual and group therapy sessions that foster emotional growth, coping strategies, and personal development for patients.
• Collaborate seamlessly with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to provide holistic and integrated care.
• Assist patients in crisis situations, demonstrating quick thinking and effective crisis intervention skills while ensuring their safety and well-being.
• Educate patients and their families about mental health issues, treatment avenues, and community resources to empower them in their journeys.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with state and federal regulations, ensuring all documentation meets ethical standards.
• Participate actively in case discussions, professional development meetings, and training sessions to stay updated with emerging trends in the mental health field.

This role primarily focuses on adults experiencing various mental health disorders. Your expertise will guide them through their challenges, offering compassionate support and evidence-based interventions tailored to enhance their quality of life. Engaging with a diverse client population will require understanding individual backgrounds and adapting strategies that resonate with their unique situations.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• A current and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Texas.
• A strong foundation in mental health disorders, therapeutic methods, and the principles of trauma-informed care.
• Proficient in conducting mental health assessments, formulating diagnoses, and developing effective treatment strategies.
• Solid experience in facilitating both individual and group therapy sessions using a diverse range of therapeutic techniques.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a talent for building therapeutic relationships.
• Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems and the necessary software for remote therapy provision.

• At least 2 years of post-licensure experience in a mental health counseling role is preferred but not mandatory.
• Knowledge of and experience in utilizing telehealth platforms and best practices for virtual therapy.
• A demonstrated history of developing and executing tailored treatment plans for diverse client populations.

The compensation for this position ranges from $75,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
