Position Highlights
  • Specialty: Body Imaging / Abdominal Imaging - CT, MRI, Ultrasound, and Fluoroscopy
  • Modalities: CT (oncology, trauma, abdomen/pelvis, liver, pancreas, GU, bowel); MRI (liver, biliary, prostate, pelvis, rectal staging, renal); Ultrasound (abdomen, pelvis, vascular, Doppler); X-ray/Fluoroscopy (GI/GU contrast, feeding tube placements)
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 AM-4 PM (8-hour shifts); schedules posted 90 days in advance
  • Call: Rotating 1:4 weekends; optional evening/weekend extra shifts available at premium hourly rates
  • Volume: 80-120 cases per 8-hour shift (mixed modality)
  • Setting: 100% remote reading across a prestigious multi-hospital system
  • Hospital Network: Huron Valley-Sinai (Level III), Harper University (Level I academic), Detroit Receiving (Level I adult trauma), Sinai-Grace (Level II), and Rehabilitation Institute of Michigan
  • Team: Full-spectrum subspecialty group including Neuro, MSK, Pediatric, Nuclear Medicine, IR, Breast/Women's Imaging, and Emergency Radiology; IR supported by four Physician Assistants
  • Teaching: Active participation in resident and medical student education supported by an on-site residency program
  • FTE Flexibility: Customizable contracts from 0.6 to 1.0 FTE
