What You'll Do

  • Advise clients on mergers & acquisitions, business formations, corporate governance, and commercial transactions.

  • Stay current on emerging AI regulations, governance, privacy, and technology-related legal developments.

Qualifications

  • J.D. and active U.S. Bar license.
  • 6+ years of corporate law experience.
