• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients' mental health status, utilizing various diagnostic tools and techniques to inform individualized care plans.
• Devise and implement bespoke treatment strategies that resonate with clients' personal goals, utilizing frameworks such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).
• Provide individual therapy sessions for adults, incorporating evidence-based practices to elicit meaningful changes in clients' lives.
• Facilitate teletherapy sessions, employing secure and reliable platforms that ensure confidentiality while enhancing client engagement.
• Offer crisis intervention services when required, providing immediate support to clients facing acute mental health challenges with professionalism and empathy.
• Engage in regular professional development opportunities, including training in the latest mental health trends and methodologies to enhance your effectiveness as a counselor.

You will work with a diverse client base, including adults facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your role will be crucial in helping these individuals navigate their mental health journeys and achieve a state of well-being that fosters resilience and stability. The practice allows for creating strong, therapeutic relationships that can lead to significant improvements in clients' quality of life.

• A master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• You must possess an active and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A minimum of three years’ experience working in a mental health setting is essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to build meaningful connections with clients and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
• You should exhibit compassion, empathy, and a non-judgmental attitude throughout your interactions with clients.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain organized administrative processes is key to success in this role.

• Experience with telehealth or remote counseling tools is advantageous, as it is a primary mode of service delivery in our practice.
• Previous exposure to a community health clinic or similar environment can enhance your understanding of our client demographics and operational workflows.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities beyond traditional practices (e.g., mindfulness-based approaches, art therapy) is beneficial.

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 to $130,000 per year, commensurate with your caseload and experience. In addition to your base salary, you will be eligible for bonuses based on performance metrics.
