Duration: Contract (Possibility Of Further Extension)
Pay Rate: $95-$100/hr on W2

Job Summary
Global Learning & Development team is seeking an experienced consultant to improve learning data reporting, optimize the learner experience, and enhance reporting capabilities within Cornerstone LMS. The consultant will work with Cornerstone and Workday data, improve reporting architecture, and potentially design more intuitive dashboards and user interfaces for learning analytics. This role blends data architecture, reporting, and UX design to create intuitive, data‑driven learning experiences.

Responsibilities
  • Improve learning data reporting and dashboards in Cornerstone
  • Integrate Cornerstone + Workday data using existing processes
  • Conduct user research and usability testing
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows
  • Design accessible, user‑friendly reporting interfaces
  • Collaborate with L&D, HR, product, and technical teams
  • Use data insights to optimize reporting and user experience
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years in Data Architecture, UX Design, or Learning Technology
  • Experience with Cornerstone and/or Workday
  • Strong background in LMS/HRIS data, reporting, and visualization
  • Hands-on experience with wireframes, prototypes, and user flows
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear user experiences
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
Preferred Skills
  • Learning analytics or LMS reporting experience
  • Cornerstone–Workday integration experience
  • Experience in enterprise or regulated environments
