The following position is to join our RTX Enterprise Services team in Santa Isabel, Puerto Rico:

RTX, Enterprise Services, Digital Experience & Collaboration organization is a recognized leader in the delivery and sustainment of enterprise-level services.  DEC collaborates with our business and functional partners to enable program and team collaboration through a variety of tools and platforms, driving business value through innovative solutions and service excellence.

What You Will Do

  • Troubleshoot issues related to SharePoint, OneDrive, Power Apps, Power Automate and Copilot
  • Provide guidance/assistance to users, and create and/or update help documentation like how-to guides
  • Host office hours and knowledge sharing sessions to provide advanced troubleshooting, guidance on best practices, and support user adoption.
  • Monitor the SharePoint / OneDrive / Copilot ticket queues and respond quickly to requests and/or issues
  • Manage all processes in Service Now including but not limited to incidents and knowledge base articles as well as act as lead technical SME for tier 3+
  • Coordinate with and work across Digital Technology teams (Architecture, Network, Identity, etc.) on issues and recommendations
  • Build, configure, customize, and maintain SharePoint sites and Power Apps/Flows
  • Perform M365 SharePoint administration tasks: assign site collection administrators, review and analyze usage reports, and review configuration settings
  • Interface with Microsoft Support on escalations and service degradation or issues
  • Build and run advanced PowerShell scripts
  • This position will reference written work instructions for guidance with daily job activities. Work instructions are available in English only.

Qualifications You Must Have

  • A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 1 year experience.
  • Experience working with M365 architecture/administration and SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Power Apps, Power Automate
  • Experience with PowerShell scripting
  • Experience with Microsoft Entra (Azure)
  • ShareGate Migration experience

Qualifications We Prefer

  • Familiarity with AIP (Azure Information Protection), Purview, file labeling, DLP, and encryption
  • Microsoft GCC High experience
  • Client-side development: JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and frameworks like React or SPFx
  • Experience working with Microsoft Copilot, Microsoft Teams, and Service Now
