Job description

We are seeking a highly organized, tech-savvy Executive Secretary & Assistant to support the CEO in managing daily operations, schedules, communications, and technology-related initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills in both Arabic and English , and be familiar with software project management, IT systems, and remote team coordination . Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.

Manage the CEO's calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel plans efficiently. Prepare and organize reports, project updates, and presentations for management meetings. Support the CEO in managing software development and IT-related projects , ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.

Coordinate and follow up with technical teams , developers, testers, and other departments. Assist in planning and tracking projects , milestones, and progress using tools like Trello, Asana, or Jira. Maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Draft, translate, and proofread correspondence and documents in Arabic and English. Ensure timely communication, task follow-ups, and daily/weekly status reports to the CEO. Handle basic software testing coordination , reporting issues, and collecting feedback.

Support in researching new tools, software, and technology solutions that improve productivity and project management. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Project Coordinator, or similar role (preferably in a tech or software environment).

Excellent command of Arabic and English (spoken and written). Strong knowledge of IT concepts, software projects, and testing processes . Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools (Asana, Trello, Jira, Notion, etc.).

Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a remote environment. High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism . Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills .
