Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LISW-CP)

Location: Remote/Telehealth, South Carolina
Employment: Full-Time
Salary Range: $115,000-$120,000 per year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM

Job Summary

Use your clinical training to provide reliable virtual mental health care from assessment through discharge planning. This role serves individuals, couples, and families who need professional support with emotional concerns, difficult transitions, relationship patterns, and day-to-day functioning.

You will spend your workday conducting telehealth sessions, setting treatment priorities, reviewing client progress, completing clinical records, and coordinating referrals. The position is designed for an independently licensed clinician who can manage cases responsibly while working as part of a broader care network.

Responsibilities

  • Assess each client’s symptoms, relationships, support systems, and treatment needs
  • Provide scheduled psychotherapy through secure video appointments
  • Treat individual clients while considering relevant family and relationship factors
  • Facilitate couples or family sessions when clinically appropriate
  • Build treatment plans that identify specific goals and planned interventions
  • Help clients practice healthier communication and decision-making skills
  • Screen for clinical risk and take action according to safety protocols

Requirements

  • LICSW candidates must be eligible for South Carolina licensure or approved telehealth practice
  • Clinical experience providing psychotherapy to individuals, couples, or families
  • Knowledge of assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and risk evaluation
  • Ability to maintain clear and accurate electronic health records
