We’re currently hiring Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC), and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT) to provide virtual outpatient therapy for patients Ages 18+ through one of our trusted Michigan-based partners.
 

What You'll D
As part of a collaborative, well-supported care team, you'll: 

  • Conduct comprehensive initial evaluations and establish initial treatment plans.
  • Provide therapy services to patients Ages 18+ with diagnoses including autism, mild IDD, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, depression, anxiety, PTSD, schizoaffective disorder, and major depressive disorder.
  • Collaborate with a wide network of support, including psychiatry, crisis services, peer support, case managers, and more.

More About the Role 

  • Setting: 100% Remote | Outpatient CCBHC located in Michigan
  • Schedule: 40 hrs/wk in EST | 8 or 10 hour shifts available
  • Patient Population: Adults ages 18+ diagnosed with autism and IDD, with comorbid mental health diagnoses
  • Appointments: 30-60 minutes, at the clinician’s discretion
  • Administrative time: 60 minutes per day
  • Remote & Supported: This is a 100% remote role based at an outpatient community mental health center. You’ll have support from onsite staff, giving you more time to focus on what you do best, patient care!
  • Collaborative Environment: We are seeking a flexible provider who excels in teamwork and communication, working closely with a dedicated and supportive care team to meet patient needs effectively.
  • Additional Role Detail: Clinician must be passionate about working with adults diagnosed with autism and IDD, with comorbid mental health diagnoses.

Qualifications: 

  •  Proven experience in providing therapy services as an independently licensed Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
  • Active Michigan LCSW, LPC, or LMFT license preferred
  • Availability (40 hours per week) during EST
  • Experience and comfort treating patients across varying acuity levels
  • Experience and passion for working with adults diagnosed with autism and IDD, with comorbid mental health diagnoses
  • Telehealth experience preferred
  • Reside in the U.S. or a U.S. territory
