This position is entirely remote, allowing flexibility in your workday while engaging with clients and school staff through digital platforms. You will be part of a multi-disciplinary team that includes psychologists, educators, and other professionals, all dedicated to providing comprehensive support to students. We focus on creating a collaborative environment to ensure efficient communication and coordinated interventions.

• Offer timely assessments and interventions during scheduled appointments, ensuring each student receives the attention they need without delays.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans based on thorough clinical assessments tailored to each student’s unique situation and needs.
• Actively participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, contributing insights and strategies to enhance the overall treatment approach for each student.
• Continuously track and evaluate the progress of clients, making necessary adjustments to their treatment plans to ensure optimal improvements.
• Collaborate closely with school staff, parents, and guardians to align support efforts and advocate for student needs in an educational context.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques and interventions, including cognitive behavioral therapy, family therapy, and crisis intervention, to best support each client's journey.

The students you will serve come from diverse backgrounds and present with a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and trauma-related concerns. Your role will be pivotal in providing these young individuals with the tools they need to succeed academically and socially, thus fostering a healthier future.

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Active and unrestricted Clinical Social Worker License (LCSW).
• At least 2 years of experience working in a behavioral health setting, demonstrating a solid understanding of therapeutic practices.
• Strong clinical skills, including experience with psychosocial assessments, case management, and crisis intervention techniques.
• Proven conflict resolution skills, with the ability to navigate challenging discussions with professionalism and empathy.

• Experience working within school systems or with children and adolescents in a mental health context.
• Familiarity with educational policies and resources related to mental health and student support services.
• Competence in using electronic health record (EHR) systems to document client progress and communicate care effectively.
