Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
Location: Missouri
Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000-$120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
The Role
We're hiring a Missouri-licensed LPC to provide individual counseling through telehealth. You'll have a regular schedule of client appointments and work with adults dealing with a range of personal, emotional, and behavioral concerns. The position calls for a clinician who can build rapport with clients online, make sound decisions during treatment, and stay on top of the clinical responsibilities that come with an active caseload.
What You'll Handle
  • Meet with clients for scheduled counseling appointments
  • Explore the concerns and circumstances that brought each client to treatment
  • Help clients identify realistic areas to work on during counseling
  • Use counseling methods appropriate to your training and the client's situation
  • Reassess goals and treatment direction as needed

Requirements
  • Active Missouri LPC license

  • Prior experience in outpatient or telehealth therapy
  • Strong clinical documentation skills
  • Ability to manage a full-time remote caseload
