As a Customer Welcome Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for new customers, helping them understand their home warranty coverage and making them feel confident about their purchase.

How You'll Contribute

  • Initiate welcome calls to new home warranty customers within established service-level timeframes.
  • Create a positive first impression by providing a warm, friendly, and professional introduction.
  • Clearly explain home warranty coverage, benefits, and how customers can maximize the value of their plan.
  • Answer customer questions and resolve concerns, ensuring customers understand their coverage and feel confident using their warranty.
  • Introduce and promote the SafeStreets/ADT member benefit by confidently communicating its value and completing warm transfers to our ADT partner.
  • Recommend additional coverage options or service upgrades that enhance the customer's protection and overall experience when appropriate.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in company systems.
  • Partner with teammates and cross-functional departments to deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Meet or exceed individual and team performance expectations, including call quality, customer satisfaction, SafeStreets transfer goals, and other sales and service metrics.

Pay Range: $20.34 - $27.12 Hourly, RemoteThis hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
