Oracle Cloud EPM Functional Lead (EPBCS & PCMCS)

Location: Teaneck, NJ (Remote – Central Time Zone Preferred)
Duration: 6 Months (Potential Extension)
Travel: Occasional onsite travel for workshops and project meetings.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Cloud EPM Functional Lead with strong expertise in EPBCS (Enterprise Planning & Budgeting Cloud Service) and PCMCS (Profitability & Cost Management Cloud Service). The role involves leading Oracle EPM implementations, supporting planning, budgeting, forecasting, profitability analysis, and working closely with Finance and IT teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Oracle EPBCS implementation, configuration, testing, deployment, and support.

  • Design planning solutions for Financials, Workforce, Capex, and Projects.

  • Develop business rules, Groovy scripts, forms, dashboards, workflows, and reports.

  • Configure and support PCMCS for cost allocation, profitability analysis, and driver-based costing.

  • Build and manage integrations with Oracle ERP Cloud, Oracle EBS, and external systems using Data Management, Data Exchange, EPM Automate, and REST APIs.

  • Provide application support, troubleshoot issues, and manage Oracle quarterly updates.

  • Work with Finance, FP&A, and Cost Accounting teams to gather requirements and deliver business solutions.

  • Prepare design documents, test scripts, training materials, and project documentation.
