Job Description
Responsibilities: Demonstrate expertise in core ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CRM, S2P, HRSD, MCO, FSO etc
  • Demonstrate Experience with presenting ServiceNow solutions to clients in a value-led approach. Case study would be provided for round 2.
  • Assist the Sales personnel in the qualification of customer needs and performing pre-demo needs analysis.
  • Assess the customer's strategic needs, uncover business requirements, determine the gaps between business requirements and product functionality, and build relationships with clients onsite.
  • Gather the appropriate information to generate proposals with the right service components, pricing, and assumptions.
  • Evaluate ServiceNow products and solutions that might improve or enhance services provided, while aligning and working closely with onshore ServiceNow leadership.
  • Understand business and technical problems addressed by the proposed solutions, including key regulations, business drivers, evolving business needs, security, etc.
  • Produce compelling sales proposals/commercial and technical documentation, outlining the cost savings and business benefits to clients of using ServiceNow.
  • Hands-on experience creating demos, and ability to demonstrate ServiceNow products and technologies effectively to audiences of varied technical knowledge.
  • Provide technical leadership during client workshops, discovery sessions, and stakeholder presentations.
  • Collaborate with enterprise architecture teams to ensure compliance with business policies and standards.

  • Excellent customer facing, presentation and communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Must be able to work as part of a small team with minimal day-to-day supervision
