Job description

ReminderMedia is a leading marketing services provider dedicated to helping small businesses grow and retain clients through innovative digital and direct-mail marketing tools. As an Inside Sales Representative (Closer), you will play a pivotal role in driving new business and expanding our client base, working remotely within a supportive, high-performance sales environment.
Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting high-volume outbound phone calls using provided leads to engage prospects and close sales
  • Following a proven sales process and scripts to qualify prospects, handle objections, and secure deals—often within 1–2 conversations
  • Maintaining accurate records of dispositions, opportunities, and follow-ups in the CRM to ensure a clean sales pipeline
  • Meeting daily and weekly KPIs, including dials, talk time, contacts, and closes
  • Participating in ongoing coaching, training, and call reviews to continuously improve performance

Requirements

Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1–7 years of high-volume, quota-carrying sales experience with a proven history of personally closing deals
