Position: EPM Recruiter — Expert Interviewer
Type: Contract
Compensation: $50–$60/hour
Location: Remote
Commitment: 10 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

  • Run structured interviews with shortlisted experts to assess domain depth, communication, and AI-evaluation fit.
  • Confirm each expert's availability, work authorization, and exclusivity, identifying any red flags.
  • Tier candidates as advance, hold, or pass, and write concise summaries for the program team.
  • Coordinate scheduling within weekday business hours, focusing on EST-based experts.
  • Conduct interviews independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines and improve AI model performance.
