• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments that accurately evaluate the mental health needs of each patient.
• Create and implement bespoke treatment plans utilizing evidence-based, solution-focused interventions.
• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation following industry regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, nurses, and addiction specialists, to deliver integrated care tailored to individual patient needs.
• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to enhance the quality of care and stay informed about best practices.
• Educate patients and their families about mental health topics, providing support and resources to empower them throughout their recovery.
• Stay abreast of the latest research, methods, and regulations affecting the field of social work to continually refine treatment approaches.

Your work will primarily involve serving clients undergoing detoxification and recovery from substance use disorders. You will support individuals from diverse backgrounds, often facing multifaceted challenges related to mental health and addiction. This requires not only clinical expertise but also an understanding of the societal factors impacting each patient’s journey towards healing.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• A valid LCSW license in the state of Nevada.
• Minimum of three years of clinical experience with a strong focus on psychotherapy.
• Demonstrable proficiency in solution-based therapy techniques and evidence-based practices.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• A collaborative spirit, thriving in team-oriented settings.

• Experience working within detox or addiction treatment settings is highly valued.
