• Conduct thorough initial assessments to evaluate clients' emotional and psychological well-being, identifying their unique mental health needs and goals.

• Possession of a valid and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and rapport-building skills to effectively connect with clients and foster a supportive therapeutic environment.
• A caring and empathetic demeanor, characterized by compassion and a focus on empowering clients through their therapeutic journeys.
