Senior API/Cloud Native Engineer! Remote possible!
Capstone IT is assisting our client find a senior engineer to support their new API Development initiatives! This is a DIRECT PLACEMENT opportunity. The primary responsibility of the Senior Software Engineer (SSE) is designing and developing software banking solutions of the highest quality, identifying, and implementing functional and non-functional technical requirements, leveraging OOD patterns of implementation, ensuring best practices, and executing our clientโ€™s software development methodology. This individual will be a team member that will be counted on to promote solutions from development phases into real production solutions that meet the needs of our customers and employees.
If you have the following experience, we want to talk to you!
โ€ข Minimum of 5 to 7 years working within software engineering and/or architecture disciplines including high performance, scalable software solutions distributed across multiple, heterogeneous platforms.
โ€ข B.S in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent work experience is required
โ€ข Cloud Native development required!
โ€ข Experience working within an Agile Development Methodology
โ€ข Knowledge in working with PaaS ecosystems specifically Cloud Foundry
โ€ข Knowledge in implementing and leveraging Microservice Technology Patterns
โ€ข API based development
โ€ข API Management and Cataloging
โ€ข Dynamic service registry and discovery
โ€ข Understanding of Service Oriented Architecture Design
โ€ข SOAP Services
โ€ข RESTful APIs
โ€ข Understanding of Object Oriented Design Patterns
