We are currently seeking a Remote Associate to join our team! Please note that we can only hire individuals residing in our specific territory which includes CO, NE, OK, KS, TX, FL, OH, AR, MI, & WI.

Globe Life, The American Income Life Division:

It is the responsibility of our Remote Associates to communicate with our clients over the phone and to assist them over Zoom to enroll them into the benefits programs that they select to purchase to protect their families. Requirements for the Position:

  • Must have a cell phone & computer or laptop with a camera that operates on the Windows system.
  • Familiarity with the Zoom platform and high-speed internet access to support video conferencing.
  • Life Insurance License (Out-of-pocket license fees will apply to candidates if offered the position).
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and demonstrate strong negotiation skills.
  • High School Diploma or GED and pass a background check.

Position Details:

  • Remote, work-from-home position, responsibilities include working over the phone and Zoom to assist the clients with enrolling into their benefits.
  • "Commission Only" weekly income structure with an opportunity for a weekly bonus.
  • Full-time position as a Remote Insurance Sales Associate.
  • Associates use a needs-based benefit analysis program to complete applications for our clients which is part of the life insurance sales process.
