About Anthem Mediation & Arbitration:

Anthem Mediation & Arbitration is a national alternative dispute resolution (ADR) provider offering

Learn more at anthemmediation.com.

The Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced, self-directed Business Development Representative to grow Anthem

Mediation's attorney client base. This is a results-driven, commission-only role for a relationship-builder

who can identify, engage, and secure ongoing referral relationships with practicing attorneys and law firms

that handle disputes suitable for mediation or arbitration.

You will operate as an independent contractor with full autonomy over your schedule, methods, and

territory. Your earnings are tied directly to the volume and longevity of attorney relationships you bring to

Anthem Mediation.

What You Will Do:

â—Ź Identify and prospect practicing attorneys and law firms (plaintiff- and defense-side) likely to refer

mediation and arbitration matters.

â—Ź Build durable, professional relationships with attorneys, paralegals, firm administrators, and in-house

counsel.

â—Ź Present Anthem Mediation's services, neutral roster, scheduling capabilities, and pricing to prospective

referral sources.

â—Ź Convert qualified prospects into recurring referral relationships and track engagement over time.

â—Ź Coordinate with Anthem's leadership on onboarding new attorney clients and ensuring a smooth first

engagement.

â—Ź Maintain accurate records of outreach, meetings, and referral activity.

â—Ź Represent Anthem Mediation professionally at bar association events, legal industry conferences, and

networking functions (at your discretion and expense, unless otherwise agreed).

What We Are Looking For

â—Ź A demonstrated track record of business development, sales, or referral generation, ideally in legal

services, ADR, legal technology, expert witness, court reporting, litigation support, or a related

professional services field.

â—Ź An existing network of attorneys or law firm contacts is strongly preferred.

â—Ź Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the polish to engage senior litigators and

partners.

â—Ź Self-starter mindset: comfortable setting your own schedule, generating your own leads, and operating

without day-to-day supervision.

â—Ź Familiarity with mediation, arbitration, and the broader ADR landscape is a significant plus.

â—Ź Reliable access to a computer, phone, and the tools needed to run an independent business

development practice.

How to Apply:

Submit the following through the platform:

â—Ź A current resume or professional bio.

â—Ź A brief cover letter (no more than one page) describing your relevant business development experience

and, if applicable, the nature and approximate size of your existing attorney network.

â—Ź Any references or representative results from prior business development roles (optional but

encouraged).

Qualified candidates will be contacted for an initial conversation. All candidates will be required to sign a

confidentiality agreement before receiving detailed information about commission terms.
