• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations to accurately gauge clients' mental health needs and challenges.
• Design and implement personalized treatment plans that align with the individual goals and requirements of each client.
• Deliver evidence-based individual therapy sessions to adult clients, utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities.
• Engage clients through teletherapy, providing remote support and monitoring progress in a confidential setting.
• Offer crisis intervention services when necessary, ensuring immediate support for clients in distress.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with best practices and emerging trends in mental health therapy.

• A valid and current license, such as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• Possession of a master's or doctoral degree in relevant fields such as Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Demonstrated excellence in communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong emphasis on active listening.
• A compassionate and empathetic disposition, coupled with a non-judgmental approach to client care.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple cases efficiently.
• No history of disciplinary actions on your professional license.

• Experience in providing teletherapy or remote counseling services is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities and their application in individual therapy.
• Prior experience working in a community health clinic or similar mental health settings is a plus.
