You'll report to the Sr. Director of Marketing & Creative, lead a team of designers, and stay close enough to the work to shape it directly. We're based in Lehi and work a hybrid schedule, but we're open to exceptional out-of-state candidates - if you're remote and right for this role, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do

-Hold the line on brand standards. Review and approve assets before they ship, balancing performance goals with brand integrity.
TEAM LEADERSHIP & DEVELOPMENT

-Build the templates, brand frameworks, and digital asset management that keep work consistent and efficient as volume grows.
-Direct and give feedback on design, motion graphics, and animation.
CROSS-FUNCTIONAL PARTNERSHIP
-Partner across marketing, product, and retail to understand needs, shape creative solutions, and present concepts.
-Manage multiple projects at once against real deadlines and competing priorities.
CREATIVE PERFORMANCE & AI INNOVATION
-Use performance data, testing, and customer feedback to sharpen creative effectiveness across channels.
-Evaluate and adopt AI-powered creative tools and workflows that improve output, following Gabb's guidelines for responsible AI use.

What We're Looking For
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
-Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, or a related field.
-8+ years of professional design experience, including 2+ years leading creative.
-A strong portfolio showcasing your brand architecture experience across advertising, print, digital, packaging, and retail - work you led from concept through execution.
-Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, plus hands-on use of AI-powered creative tools to improve real output.
-Sharp creative judgment, visual storytelling, and the communication skills to present and sell the work.
-Consumer technology experience.
-Work with family or parenting brands.
-Direct-to-consumer experience - ideally including a brand's expansion from D2C into traditional retail.
-Knowledge of web design, UX/UI, motion graphics, photography, and content production; familiarity with performance marketing and creative testing.

-A brand steward who protects a visual identity and pushes it forward at the same time.

-A systems thinker who builds the templates, workflows, and standards that let quality scale.

-A hands-on leader who develops a team and stays close enough to the work to elevate it directly.

-Data-aware - you hold creative to a high aesthetic bar and a measurable performance bar.

-Comfortable with autonomy in a fast-moving environment where the roadmap evolves quickly.
