Design presentations that will pop on a global, live stage.
RUN Studios and its client partner, a large online retailer headquartered in Seattle, are seeking a Keynote Production Designer to join for an approximate 3-month project! While this is a remote position, RUN Studios can only consider candidates currently residing in the following states at this time: CA, CO, FL, ID, MI, NJ, NY, OR, TX, WA.
As a Keynote Production Designer, you will work in collaboration with creative directors, content leads, PR, and agency partners to build, update, and animate keynote presentations that communicate product stories with clarity and visual excellence on a live stage. This role requires mastery of Apple Keynote, precision execution, and the ability to deliver polished presentations under tight timelines.
As a Keynote Production Designer, You Will:
  • Build, update, and animate keynote presentations for live press events from scratch or existing templates.
  • Translate scripts and content briefs into structured, visually compelling slides on tight timelines.
  • Apply motion, animation, and transitions within Apple Keynote to enhance storytelling and audience engagement.
  • Version and manage decks as content evolves through multiple rounds of revision.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all slides, ensuring alignment with client's brand systems.
  • Ensure strong typography, spacing, and visual hierarchy across all presentation materials.
  • Understand and account for live show technical requirements: file formats, color modes, media server limitations, and asset optimization to prevent playback issues.
  • Anticipate technical problems before they reach the stage; provide design QA during rehearsals and on-site.

In This Role, You Bring:
  • 5+ years professional experience in presentation design, keynote production, or related visual design roles for events or broadcast.
  • Mastery of Apple Keynote, including advanced slide layout, animation, transitions, and media integration.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating keynote/presentation design work for live events or product launches.
  • Experience working with Big Tech companies on similar keynote and/or live event presentations.

Compensation
Pay Range: $60.00 - $78.00 (Hourly)
The successful candidate's pay will be based on various factors such as individual qualifications and work location.
Benefits:
Benefits and perks may vary depending on location and nature of the work, but eligible employees have access to medical, dental, vision, life, and AD&D benefits, health savings and flexible spending accounts, other telehealth and wellness benefits, a minimum of seven paid holidays per year, accrual of at least 6.5 days (Temporary Employment) to at least 15 days (Regular Employment) of paid time off per year, a 401k plan with company match, discretionary bonuses dependent on company, team or individual performance, and referral bonuses for eligible hired referrals.
