• Conduct thorough initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations for all clients to formulate effective and personalized treatment plans.

• Employ various therapeutic methodologies—including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy—in a client-centered manner.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams comprising psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, ensuring a holistic approach to client care.
• Maintain precise and confidential clinical records, ensuring adherence to legal standards and ethical guidelines to safeguard our clients' welfare.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Colorado is essential.
