Work Environment

The workweek runs Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, providing consistency and structure for both you and your clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive client assessments through interviews and evaluations to identify strengths and needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans that set clear therapeutic goals and address emotional and behavioral challenges.
  • Utilize evidence-based practices to provide therapy sessions, incorporating modalities suitable for various age groups and mental health issues.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment protocols in alignment with regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure cohesive support for students, facilitating referrals and consultations as needed.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will focus primarily on students in school settings, working closely with children and adolescents facing a range of emotional and behavioral challenges. You will help students cope with stressors related to academic pressures, peer relationships, and family dynamics, applying tailored interventions that foster resilience and adaptability. Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
  • An active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in California must be obtained and maintained.
