Job description

Starting Pay Model: $19.25/hr + uncapped performance bonuses

  • Bonuses:
    • $25 per completed meeting
    • $50 per closed express/non-recurring product
    • $100 per closed fully managed product

Pay Model after Probationary Period*: $23.50/hr + uncapped performance bonuses

  • Bonuses:
    • First 3 completed meetings/month: $25 each
    • Next 3 completed meetings/month: $50 each
    • Meetings beyond 6/month: $100 each
    • Closed express/non-recurring product: $100
    • Closed fully managed product: $200

*Probationary Period ends after 2 full calendar months after hire date.

Tasks:ย 

  • Prospect (cold-call) via phone, email, and other methods to obtain qualified leads for a pipeline; consistently meet performance benchmarks for outbound calls and meeting scheduling to drive revenue growth
    • Expectations for probationary period (hire month plus the following 2ย calendar months)ย 
      • Weekly average ofย 45 calls a dayย 
      • Averageย 4ย meetingsย scheduled perย monthย 
    • Expectations following probationary period
      • Weekly average ofย 45 calls and/or 60 minutes of talk time per dayย ย 
      • Average 1.5 sales per month ย 
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and activities in systems to ensure data integrity for reporting and pipeline managementย 
  • Assist leadership or team members with special projects, reporting, or administrative tasks as requested to support team efficiency and contribute to strategic initiatives
  • Participate in internal meetings and training sessions to stay informed on company updates and continuously improve skills
  • Support cross-departmental initiatives that enhance client experience or operational efficiency to foster collaboration and improve overall customer satisfaction
