About the role
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Success Manager (CSM) to join the team. In this role, you will own the end-to-end customer journey - from successful onboarding to fostering long-term relationships that drive mutual success. The CSM will act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring they achieve their desired outcomes with our solutions and maximize the value of their investment.
In this particular role, you will be working with Producers within our Enterprise segment, including any ranches in the US that are part of AgriWebb's sustainability or supply chain projects. The key measurement of success is the activation, engagement, and retention of these customers, achieved by building and nurturing relationships, increasing the adoption of AgriWebb, providing insights, and identifying opportunities for expansion.
Your duties will include:

• Managing the onboarding process for new customers, delivering tailored plans based on each customer's goals.
• Serving as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for producers (customers), building strong relationships and developing customer-centric success plans to drive adoption and engagement across this segment
• Proactively monitoring customer health and running quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to align on goals, surface insights, and identify expansion opportunities.
• Identifying at-risk accounts early and developing and executing retention strategies to minimize churn.
• Maintaining accurate CRM records and leveraging data to track success metrics such as NPS, churn rate, expansion revenue, and time-to-value.

To be successful in the role you will need:

• Experience in the agriculture or livestock production industry is preferred
• Customer Success Management experience within a SaaS business is preferred
• A strong understanding of customer success principles and strategies to "activate" and onboard new customers for long-term success.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to drive behavior change or overcome barriers and hurdles with customers.
• A data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and proficiency in CRM and customer success software.
• The ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities, negotiate effectively, and work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced startup environment.

Base Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000
The indicated pay range is what AgriWebb reasonably expects to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions will be determined based on a variety of considerations such as work location, work experience, industry experience, education, seniority, responsibility level, or similar factors.
This position will be eligible for a bonus based upon performance.
