This position offers flexibility with a fully remote work environment, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Our normal business hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, which ensures you will have weekends and evenings free to recharge and enjoy personal time. • Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate mood disorder symptoms, gathering detailed patient histories and identifying contributing factors.
• Collaborate with patients to develop customized treatment plans that align with their individual goals, preferences, and clinical needs.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to effectively address mood disorders.
• Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families, empowering them with knowledge about mood disorders and effective self-care techniques.
• Regularly monitor clients’ progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary, ensuring personalized and responsive care.
• Work closely with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to promote integrated care, sharing insights and updates for comprehensive treatment strategies.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in accordance with ethical and legal guidelines, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Engage in professional development activities and case consultations to enhance your skills and contribute to a culture of continuous learning.

The ideal candidate will work primarily with individuals facing mood disorders, including but not limited to depression, anxiety disorders, and bipolar disorder. You will have the opportunity to support clients from diverse backgrounds, offering empathetic guidance and tailored therapeutic interventions that address their unique challenges. By focusing on individualized care, you will contribute to improving mental health outcomes and fostering resilience in those you serve.

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Tennessee.
• Proficiency in evidence-based treatment methodologies specifically for mood disorders, including CBT and DBT.
• Strong understanding of psychopharmacology principles and the ability to collaborate effectively with psychiatrists.
• Proven skills in building rapport with clients and delivering compassionate care in a diverse setting.

• Experience in a community health setting or outpatient psychiatric practice, specifically working with mood disorders.
• Demonstrated success in achieving positive client outcomes with evidence-based interventions.
• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and remote counseling methodologies.
