Purpose of the role

The Business Analyst will support the Business Process Innovation team in delivering process transformation, data analysis, and implementation support for client engagements. The role focuses on requirements gathering, process documentation, insights creation, cross-functional coordination, and supporting project execution from discovery through implementation.

Day-to-day tasks

  • Conduct data and process analysis to understand current-state operations
  • Document requirements, process flows, SOPs, and user stories
  • Support project leads across DMAIC phases—Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control
  • Prepare weekly reports, decks, and stakeholder updates
  • Gather inputs from internal and client teams
  • Support project planning, timelines, and risk mitigation
  • Coordinate with Technology, PMO, and Analytics teams
  • Attend internal & client meetings

Skills, knowledge, experience and exposure

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Systems, Analytics, or related field
  • Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word
  • Lucidchart, Miro, or Figma
