Job description

About IntelePeer.ai:
IntelePeer is the leading end-to-end Conversational AI Platform provider for enterprise communications. We help organizations automate customer and patient interactions at scale - across voice, SMS, and digital channels - with AI that delivers measurable ROI in under 90 days. Our platform powers 165+ million interactions annually, serves 2,500+ customers, and is trusted by 1,500+ healthcare clinics across North America.
Our Data and Analytics team sits at the center of how we demonstrate value to clients - translating AI interaction data into actionable insights that drive continuous improvement, higher containment rates, and stronger outcomes for the organizations we serve.
What we are looking for:
We are looking for a Data & Reporting Analyst to join our Analytics team. This is a balanced role - roughly equal parts internal analytics work and client-facing engagement - where you will build and maintain standardized dashboards, surface AI performance insights, and partner with Customer Success to help clients understand and act on their data.
You will work directly with Sigma and Snowflake to build dashboards that make IntelePeer's conversational AI data meaningful - from call containment and self-service rates to outbound campaign performance and agentic AI behavior. You don't need to own client relationships, but you do need to be comfortable in the room: presenting findings, walking through dashboards, and translating data into clear business narratives.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Dashboard Development & Standardization
    - Design, build, and maintain Sigma dashboards that visualize AI and interaction performance across client accounts
    - Lead standardization efforts - developing reusable dashboard templates and a consistent KPI framework that scales across IntelePeer's client base
    - Maintain and evolve documentation for analytics processes, data definitions, and dashboard logic
    Analytics & Insight Generation
    - Analyze AI agent performance data with a focus on call containment rates, self-service rates, agentic AI metrics, and outbound campaign effectiveness
    - Develop and deliver weekly performance scorecards and support quarterly business reviews with trend analysis and proactive recommendations
    - Build monitoring and alerting visibility into GenAI solutions - flagging deviations from expected performance baselines
    - Identify patterns across clients that reveal opportunities for automation improvement or workflow optimization
    Client & Cross-Functional Collaboration
    - Partner with Customer Success Managers to prepare and present data-driven insights during client reviews and continuous improvement sessions
    - Collaborate with Product, Custom Development, and Solutions teams to ensure key performance signals are captured at the platform level and surfaced in reporting
    - Serve as a data advocate internally - championing a 'Data First' mindset and helping internal stakeholders interpret and act on analytics outputs

Qualifications:
  • - Proficiency in Sigma for dashboard development - you can build, customize, and maintain production dashboards independently
    - Demonstrated ability to communicate analytical findings to non-technical audiences - clients, CSMs, and executives
    - Experience developing performance scorecards, trend reports, or similar recurring analytical deliverables
    - A structured, detail-oriented approach - you think in frameworks, not one-offs

Why you'll love it here:
  • Unlimited Vacation for exempt employees
  • Paid Holidays
  • Competitive medical, dental & vision insurance for employees and their dependents
  • 401K Retirement Plan
  • Stock Options
  • Company-paid life insurance
  • Health & Flexible Savings Accounts
  • Cell phone, gym, and internet reimbursement
  • Paid Parental Leave
  • Tuition Reimbursement
  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
  • Free snacks (Denver, and or Fort Lauderdale)
  • Fun events (virtual and in-person)
