Remote BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)
Location: Remote
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Type: Part-Time

About the Role:
WonderWay ABA is looking for a passionate and experienced BCBA to join our team! If you’re someone who truly passionate about helping kids with Autism thrive, loves collaborating with families and RBTs, and values work-life balance, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:

  • Complete assessments and write up treatment plans

  • Supervise clients and RBTs 

  • Review client data to track progress and adjust plans as needed

  • Coach and support families on how to follow treatment strategies at home

  • Keep in regular contact with clients, families, and our clinical team

  • Be responsive, supportive, and ready to help however you can

What We’re Looking For:

  • BCBA certification (must have)

  • Master’s degree in ABA or a related field

  • At least 2 years of experience working with kids with autism (preferred)

  • Solid telehealth/remote experience (preferred)

  • Comfortable using digital tools and video conferencing

  • Great communication and time-management skills

  • Able to stay organized and work independently from home
