About the Role

As our Sales Operations amp; Client Onboarding Specialist, you will manage the full client lifecycleโ€”from signed agreement to case closure. This is a high-impact role blending onboarding, billing oversight, and operational coordination across teams.

Youโ€™ll ensure clients are onboarded efficiently, payments are accurate, and internal teams have clear visibility into every case.


What Youโ€™ll Do

Client Onboarding amp; Case Setup

  • Lead onboarding for new clients and ensure all documentation and payments are complete
  • Assign cases and prepare files for legal teams
  • Serve as the final quality checkpoint before work begins

Billing amp; Financial Oversight

  • Monitor payments, failed transactions, and fee progress
  • Reconcile transactions and maintain accurate financial records

Collections amp; Follow-Up
