About the Role

As our Sales Operations amp; Client Onboarding Specialist, you will manage the full client lifecycle—from signed agreement to case closure. This is a high-impact role blending onboarding, billing oversight, and operational coordination across teams.

You’ll ensure clients are onboarded efficiently, payments are accurate, and internal teams have clear visibility into every case.

What You’ll Do

Client Onboarding amp; Case Setup

  • Lead onboarding for new clients and ensure all documentation and payments are complete
  • Assign cases and prepare files for legal teams
  • Serve as the final quality checkpoint before work begins

Billing amp; Financial Oversight

  • Monitor payments, failed transactions, and fee progress
  • Reconcile transactions and maintain accurate financial records
  • Handle billing inquiries and resolve issues proactively

Collections amp; Follow-Up

  • Track collections and ensure timely follow-ups
  • Oversee billing-related tasks for accuracy and completion

Case Closure

  • Manage end-of-case procedures including final billing and file archiving
  • Ensure all operational and financial items are resolved

Collaboration amp; Support

  • Assist intake and scheduling as needed
  • Work closely with attorneys, paralegals, and leadership
