This role is entirely remote, providing you with the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home or preferred location in Augusta, Georgia. • Conduct thorough initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to determine clients' mental health needs, ensuring each client's journey is tailored to their unique circumstances.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices, closely monitoring client progress and adapting approaches as necessary.
• Engage in regular therapy sessions via our secure telehealth platform, utilizing therapeutic techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and solution-focused therapy according to the individual needs of clients.
• Establish a therapeutic alliance by fostering trust and rapport, facilitating open communication to help guide clients in overcoming challenges.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of client interactions, progress notes, and treatment plans, adhering to regulatory and professional standards to ensure continuity of care.
• Participate in ongoing training and supervision opportunities to refine therapy techniques and stay updated on the latest mental health practices.

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more. • A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology, underscoring your advanced expertise in the field.
