• Conduct individual therapy sessions with clients via our secure online platform, ensuring a comfortable and productive environment for growth.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs, goals, and preferences.
• Monitor client progress diligently and adjust treatment as required, providing ongoing support and motivation throughout their therapeutic journey.
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate client records following best practices and legal standards to ensure quality care and compliance.
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals within the organization to create a network of support for clients, facilitating referrals and consultations as necessary.
• Adhere to ethical guidelines and legal requirements governing mental health practices, prioritizing client safety and confidentiality.

Your role will primarily focus on working with a diverse client base, addressing a variety of mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more. Given the remote nature of our services, you will engage with clients from different backgrounds, age groups, and socioeconomic statuses, highlighting the importance of cultural competence in your therapeutic approach. Your efforts will contribute directly to enhancing their overall quality of life, reinforcing our clinic’s commitment to accessible mental health care.

• A Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• Active state licensure as one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster trust and rapport with clients effectively.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team setting, adapting to the fast-paced nature of a remote work environment.

• Experience providing individual therapy, with a demonstrated ability to approach treatment from various psychological frameworks.
• Familiarity with virtual therapy platforms; proficiency in technology to manage remote sessions efficiently.
• A history of effectively tailoring therapeutic approaches to meet clients’ varying preferences and cultural backgrounds.

The compensation for this role is competitive, with a yearly salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
