- Be the first and finest point of contact for our clients responding to inquiries with professionalism, warmth, and precision.

- Understand our complex services (like CFD modeling, physical testing, and custom hardware solutions) and translate them into clear, helpful communication.

- Manage support tickets, emails, and occasional live chats to ensure fast, accurate, and friendly resolutions.

- Collaborate across Engineering, Operations, and Business Development teams to solve client issues and enhance their experience.
