• Conduct individual therapy sessions through secure video conferencing platforms to enhance clients’ mental health.
• Encourage clients to explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences, helping them to gain insights into their lives and relationships.
• Serve as an advocate for clients, assisting them in defining their personal goals and securing the resources they need to reach them.
• Evaluate clients’ mental health conditions and develop tailored treatment plans utilizing your clinical expertise and solution-focused methodologies.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of sessions, treatment plans, and client progress, ensuring compliance with organizational and legal guidelines.
• Participate in regular clinical supervision and training sessions to continually enhance your skills and adapt to best practices in therapy.

In this role, you will work with a diverse range of clients struggling with various mental health issues. • Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Current and unrestricted LCSW licensure in the state of practice is mandatory; provisional or limited licenses are not accepted.
• Strong clinical skills and the ability to develop comprehensive treatment plans are essential.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills that foster therapeutic rapport with clients.
• Ability to work independently, manage a caseload adeptly, and navigate the remote work environment.
• Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.
• Must have a dedicated private space to conduct therapy sessions while adhering to HIPAA regulations.

• Experience in solution-focused therapy or similar therapeutic approaches.
• Previous experience in a community health or outpatient clinic setting is highly desired.
