As a Niagara SME for New Construction, you will lead the design, implementation, and commissioning of Niagara-based building automation systems (BAS) for Amazon's new fulfillment centers and robotics facilities. You will collaborate with internal engineering teams, external contractors, and technology vendors to ensure systems are scalable, secure, and aligned with Amazon's operational standards.
Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the subject matter expert for Niagara Framework in new construction projects.
• Oversee BAS design, integration, and commissioning for new facilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including construction, operations, and IT.
• Ensure compliance with Amazon's standards for energy efficiency, cybersecurity, and scalability.
• Provide technical guidance and documentation for system architecture and controls.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience with Niagara Framework and building automation systems.
• Experience in large-scale industrial or commercial construction projects.
• Strong understanding of HVAC, electrical systems, and controls integration.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.

Niagara SME - Retrofits (2 Roles)
Location: Nashville or Remote
Travel: 3-4 days/month
Role Overview:
These roles focus on upgrading and optimizing existing Amazon facilities with Niagara-based BAS solutions. You will assess current systems, identify improvement opportunities, and lead retrofit projects to enhance performance, reliability, and energy efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct site assessments and develop retrofit strategies for BAS systems.
• Lead implementation of Niagara-based upgrades across multiple facilities.
• Coordinate with facility managers, contractors, and engineering teams.
• Ensure minimal disruption to operations during retrofit activities.
• Document system changes and provide training to site personnel.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience with Niagara Framework in retrofit or upgrade scenarios.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Familiarity with legacy BAS systems and integration challenges.
• Ability to manage multiple projects across different locations.

Niagara SME - Proserv
Location: Nashville or Remote
Travel: 3-4 days/month
Role Overview:
As a Niagara SME for Proserv, you will provide ongoing support and optimization services for Amazon's operational facilities. This includes monitoring system performance, resolving issues, and implementing enhancements to maintain peak efficiency and reliability.
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide remote and on-site support for Niagara-based BAS systems.
• Monitor system health and performance using analytics tools.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in real-time.
• Collaborate with operations teams to implement system improvements.
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with Amazon standards.

Qualifications:

• Extensive hands-on experience with Niagara Framework in live environments.
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
