As a Senior Marketplace Strategy & Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and optimization of our brand partners' product listings and operational workflows across major e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, Target, and others. You will play a crucial role in maintaining product accuracy, resolving issues, and ensuring efficient shipment and fulfillment processes.
What You'll Do Here:
  • Lead and develop a team of operations professionals, guiding and providing strategic direction to ensure the team meets its goals and delivers outstanding service.
  • Attend client meetings as the subject matter expert for Commerce Operations.
  • Be responsible for the creation and upload of new product listings on Marketplaces such as Amazon Seller, Amazon Vendor, and Walmart Seller.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on content optimization to brand partners and cross-functional teams, helping to maintain best in class content execution
  • Assess existing processes and create SOPs for greater speed/efficiency or training opportunities for other team members.
  • Drive meticulous attention to detail in product metadata management, ensuring accurate and timely upload of images and videos, both manually and via file-feeds.
  • Support the execution and tracking of promotional activities and deals, ensuring accurate implementation and performance monitoring to maximize ROI.
  • Take ownership of troubleshooting and case management, diligently managing support cases and tickets related to listing issues, shipment delays, and other marketplace-related problems.
  • Collaborate closely with the Account Management team to create and manage brand partner shipments, ensuring compliance and accuracy in all shipment details.
  • Maintain open and transparent communication with internal Mindgruve teams, providing accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability, supporting other tasks and projects as assigned to meet the evolving needs of the company.
We Need a Person With:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller and Vendor Central, Walmart (WFS) & Target experience is a plus.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in marketing/agency environments.
  • Advanced Excel, along with outstanding communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ideally based in Denver, CO and can work 3 days in-office, 2 days remote from our Denver, CO office.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proven track-record of ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize appropriately.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, able to thrive in an autonomous work environment.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented and able to shine in a results-driven environment.
  • Understanding of the critical growth factors that influence success on Marketplaces.

Compensation:
  • Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 (Pay range is based on a market reference point and potential job offers may vary based on the skills, education, experience and geographic location of the individual candidate. The compensation range reflects base rate only.)

Compensation will be commensurate with experience.
